Guides are the first face of Jesus represented to our campers, greeting them each morning with a smile in the famous STR welcoming tunnel. They supervise, serve, and are campers’ first-level guidance. This team of youth 15 and up are the hands and feet of Jesus - swimming, running, playing, and being friends to children ages 7 to 12. Kitchen
If you want to taste and see that the Lord is good and love to see people smile, come and join our kitchen team. Led by our kitchen manager, summer volunteers will help prepare and serve delicious snacks and meals, followed by clean up. LIFEGUARD
Certification is required for all lifeguards. Everyone loves swim time, but serious fun requires serious safety. Head lifeguard must be at least 18 years of age. You may be considered for assistant lifeguard if you are 16 or 17. This is a paid position, if interested please contact [email protected]. TEAM LEADER
Team Leaders need to be 16 years or older. This opportunity allows you to grow in leadership responsibilities. You’ll be a role model, friend, spiritual leader, organizer, rule keeper, and energy setter for the Guides and campers. Worship
The Worship Team will use their voices, instruments, and/or technical skills to lead volunteers and campers in praise each morning and afternoon. This is an opportunity to be in a dual role, as a Guide, Team Leader, Coach, Activities, Kitchen, Lifeguard or First Aid. Wrangler
The Wrangler Team is responsible for everything horse related. This includes daily horse care, barn chores, and preparing horses for camper/horse activities. You will have the opportunity to share biblical truths, be a good listener and encourager as you walk alongside campers on the trail or during the other horse activities. |
