Bill came to the Ranch off the back of a horse trader’s trailer. We do not know much about his past life. He was an extremely head-shy and did not trust humans. With all the patience and love Bill received from staff, wranglers, and children, he has learned to love and trust again. He was named Bill after the Hobbits’ pony in the much-acclaimed series Lord of the Rings. His small size is not enough to hold his huge heart. Bill loves everyone! He even has a book written about him titled Not Just a Pony.

Morgan - The Morgan is one of the oldest American horse breeds, tracing its lineage back to a single founding stallion named Figure. Figure’s sire was an English Thoroughbred with Arabian bloodlines. When Figure became famous, his owner, Justin Morgan, renamed the stallion after himself.
Turkoman - This breed originated in Central Asia, in what is modern-day Turkmenistan and northeastern Iran. It is a foundation breed for the Thoroughbred and heavily influenced the Arabian horse. They are known for their metallic coat, speed, and endurance.
