Trivia Night Fundraiser

Dear STR Friends,

We are pleased to announce our Trivia Night Fundraiser will be held May 16, 2009. Please see the half page and the full page publicity flyers. We encourage you to print them out and distribute to your friends and family, or ask your church to insert it into their Sunday bulletin. Publicity, publicity, publicity is what makes an event such as this successful!

Also, go ahead and start rounding up your family and friends and start reserving those tables! We'd REALLY like to see a great turnout and we count on you to help!

If any of you would like to donate a prize or Silent Auction item or know a business that might be interested in doing so, please contact Linda Glenn, at 636-584-9821. We're also looking to put at least 5 "theme" gift baskets into the Silent Auction, so any one who would like to put a basket together, that would be great as well (ex: "Movie Night" basket.... w/a movie rental card and/or movie tickets, popcorn, maybe a nice popcorn bowl, etc.; "Horsin' Around" basket w/new grooming tools, an STR trail ride, horse treats, horse t-shirt, etc..... these are just ideas off the top of my head, but you get the idea!)

Anyone who would like to assist, just give me a call! I could use all the help I can get!
