Your Mission Trip to Strong Tower Ranch
Are you looking for a mission trip for your youth, college or adult group that is reasonable in price (approximately $75 per person) and offers a variety of opportunities for all to experience ministry? Strong Tower Ranch would like to invite your group to come to the ranch for a mission trip this summer. Even if your group has planned a trip out of the country or out of state, those who are unable to go due to expense or scheduling can have their own life-changing trip closer to home. They will minister to children, including many unchurched children who would not have been able to go to camp without the sponsorships provided by Strong Tower Ranch and the ministry of your group.
Even if your group won’t be far from home, we will provide an away-from-home experience with lodging and evening activities. After ministering to others during the day, your group can debrief and have its own discipleship time around a campfire. They will be able to swim, go on a horseback ride, take a hike, shoot archery or perform additional service projects.
Your group will minister to children through teaching, fun activities and counseling. We will provide you with materials ahead of time so each person can be prepared for their own part. We will provide training in how to lead a child to Christ, how to be an example to the children and orientation on the camp facilities and schedule.
Pastor Joel Barber brought his youth group from Marysville, Kansas and had the following to say about their experience:
“It was a great, hands-on experience for the youth as they spent the week with children in their teams and got to teach them, got to know them and counsel them. They prayed for tough cases and saw God change attitudes and hearts. Our sponsors also were able to observe weaknesses in our youth and had opportunities to address them. Our youth were excited about what they learned in creation apologetics and in the gospel star gazing which was provided for them one evening.”
