Iron Arrows

“Iron Arrows” archery club, sponsored by Strong Tower Ranch, is for boys ages 10-15. The boys learn to shoot a 300 round which is a scoring system used in competitive archery. They receive instruction on transitioning into Christian manhood using materials from “Raising a Modern Day Knight” by Robert Lewis, including the Knight’s Code of Conduct and the KNIGHT acrostic: King to serve, Never alone, Integrity to preserve, Godly quest to carry out, Heart to guard, Training to pursue. Men are encouraged to bring a son and/or another boy that needs a father figure. The cost is $100 for twelve, two-hour sessions, once a week. Quality equipment is provided. The 2010 spring session starts March 16. If there are enough people signed up, there will be sessions on both Tuesdays and Thursdays from 4:30-6:30 p.m. Contact to sign up.
